the wedding and reception were at the kansas city public library downtown. such a neat venue and i learned that the space will no longer be available for weddings. a bummer because the deck overlooking downtown is the perfect modern spot for a party.

this bride chose flowers in shades of pinks, purples, blues and apple greens.

the bouquet had tulips, peonies, orchids, roses, hydrangea, gerbera daisies and scabiosa all tied together with a fun striped ribbon.

at the reception there was a combination of three different types of centerpieces: a tall one with candles hanging from curly willow branches, a short, compact arrangement and a simple gerbera daisy or dahlia floating in a square vase with curly willow and bear grass at the base.

it's a boy! this arrangement was for a friend's baby shower this past weekend. the hostas are from my yard, the hydrangeas from a neighbor's yard (yes, i asked), blue volkerfrieden delphinium, green kermit mums, yellow gerbera daisies.

this was a boquet for my cousin's wedding. white casablanca lilies, roses, hydrangea and ranuculus and purple/lavender hyacinth, tulips and anemones. a gorgeous and unique bouquet.

love the colors of this bright bouquet: flame mini calla lilies, roses, tweedia, mochara orchids and one of my favorites viburnum.

this was a fundraiser at a private residence near loose park. the theme was 'june swoon' so we used a mix of silver containers for centerpieces including revere bowls, mint julep cups, pitchers and epergnes. the flowers were soft shades of pinks and whites: hydrangea, peonies, foxglove, gardenias, roses, ferns and caladiums.

more bright pink and orange: the top is a reception at starker's private reserve on the plaza. love the long tables with fuschia linens. we used heavy glass rectangle containers filled with dendrobium orchids, orange tulips, ranuculus, hydrangea, roses and bear grass.

the bouquet: peonies, roses, tulips, berzilia berries and bear grass loops finished with a fun plaid ribbon.

this bouquet was for a bright and fun outdoor wedding. i made hot pink paper cones filled with green kermit poms to line the aisles, wish i had more pics!
